Welcome to OMEGA CAR, at the production plant in Partizanske.

Omega CAR s.r.o. was founded in 2004. It has its own production halls, storage and open areas, with their own administrative and technological capacities in total of 2 hectares.Since the establishment, the company has gradually grown and thanks to the emphasis on quality and reasonable price Omega CAR has built a stable network of longterm clients and a wide range of customers from different industries.

Technologies

Our production process consists of metal production, sheet metal processing, welding, sandblasting, spray painting. In 2008 we have added modern technology of cutting and bending – Trumpf TruLaser, Trumpf TruBend to the production program.

Surface treatment-Spray Painting

Omega Car s.r.o. deals with the complete painting and preparatory work:
 sandblasting
 masking unpainted parts
 sealing inequality
 surface treating by wet painting

Surface treatment-Sandblasting

Sandblasting (deprived of scale, rust and dirt) is performed by applying a metal grit material under a strong jet of compressed air.
Sandblasting is used as pre-treatment before the final surface treatment.

Welding

We offer steel welding using CO2, MIG, TIG and stainless steel
 welding of frames, constructions, individual components
 according to the needs and nature of the products we are offering the option of sandblasting prior to welding

Bending

Bending is performed on bending machines from company TrumaBend. We have in possession two machines:
TruBend
 press brake 850 kN
 max_ sheet width 2210 mm
 5-axis CNC stop system

Material Cutting – CNC laser

Our company offers services in sheet metal laser cutting. Precise laser cutting is performed on advanced machinery TRUMPF TruLaser L3040 with an output of 3.2 kW. We also use the latest software to maximize the cutting plate. Benefits: -high cutting speed,
